"The Best I Ever HAAAAAAAAAAD!!!" (by Kluv, 4/19/02, 11:39am)

Howdy, Nitz. Fresh off the Gastroenterologists' table is Kluv, and I'm here to give you the skinny on the hap-hap-happenings this side of the Missisip. This Wednesday, I got the chance to have my very own endoscopy, which was a super-happy-fun-time, I can assure you. Apparently I was a comic hit as I came around from the sedation they gave me. I had the spanish nurses & receptionists in stiches, literally. So, through the post-endoscopy haze of the anesthesia, my Doc told me I apparently have a HIATAL HERNIA!!! (Cue shocking music: *Bum-Bum-BUUUUUUUUUUM!!* ) This, apparently is what my aunt guessed I had a few months ago since I'm "way too young to be having all this heartburn". Anyways, it's nothing to really worry about, and I'll just take some yummy meds to get rid of all the Acid Reflux that comes w/ it. Woila.

In other news, for those of you who haven't heard: the Boston Red Sox took 3 games of the 4 game series this past weekend @ Fenway, thrusting the Sox into 1st Place in the AL East. Just thought you might want to know.

Salieri updated his bio to make it a more up to date, and some shifting has gone on in the Jedi locations pages...some folks over to 'Hattan, Some folks over to Queens, yet others...off into the unknown...

Lastly, in this month's In Style Magazine, Ms. Lesley Boone talks about many things 'Ed', but more importantly--she talks about a few things 'Larry'. Read on:

Q: "So tell me about your boyfriend:"

LB: "His name is Larry and he's our Post Supervisor on Ed. He's Chinese and 9 years younger than I am. I'm sure the last person he thought he'd end up with was an older Jewish girl! I don't know if Larry's ready, but i'm 34 and my clock is ticking. I drive a Dodge Durango, it's sort of like if you build it they will come. I keep thinking that if i have the big car the children will come."

Can we expect to see little 3rd Generation Okay Okays running around in the future? Stay Tuned.

PS--Seems like there is a nice little college advertising campaign going on by Lucasfilm & Co. Check out the following websites for some wallpaper & fliers that kids are putting up all over colleges (and other places) in the US. Acklay Come Home!

Enjoy. Some funny stuff.

Jar Jar, Jango Fett, & Jedi Nookie. (by Kluv, 4/10/02, 4:34pm)

Start your geek engines. The opening of 'Attack of the Clones' has snuck up on us, and we're only about a month away. It seems like only yesterday we were up at the Pyramid mall seeing the movie and getting right back in line. Good times. The only question that remains now is....where and when? The dark side awaits. Also this evening, I've gotten a chance to listen in on the new Soundtrack by John Williams. The big song from this is 'Across the Stars (love theme)'. I thought we had a copy a few weeks ago @ duck's house, but it wasn't the real deal. Well, I heard the real deal today, and it's good stuff. Catch a snippet by going over to the official Sony Classical site here. (some say that there might just be some songs to be found on Kazaa, but I wouldn't be one of them. That would be wrong.)

(plus, there are some bogus tracks out there trying to disguise themselves as the official Williams jaunt. Don't be fooled.)

A Day In The Life. (by Kluv, 4/9/02, 12:42pm)
