Kluv (pronounced "K - Love" not "cluv" or "cloove") is the creator of the site. Before this, he had never done any web-tinkering or creating. Not too shabby, eh?

Kluv was born in the sporting-cursed town of Buffalo, NY during a harsh winter. He was weaned on a steady diet of pizza & wings, loganberry juice, and roast beef on 'weck. After spending the early 80's in New Hampsire white-trash bliss (see also: sporting-cursed New England), Kluv was relocated to the Amish controlled lands of Lancaster, Pa at the age of 10.  His body was made of mostly cartilage at this time. After a small period of deliquincy, Kluv discovered his Jedi skills during one of his many marathon lazer-tag bouts against his Brother Klove @ the local Lancashire children's park.  Some say they surfaced during a period of high rage/emotion when he and Klove could not agree on the validity of shot during one of their many tennis contests (reports are still fuzzy as to whether the shot was in or out. Kluv contests out to this day). Amongst young Kevin's unique Jedi talents were an impeccable taste in music, a penchant for screaming like a girl, lack of definitive chest muscles (or many muscles at all), and the uncanny ability to "woo/frighten" ladies by running into doors and pretending that he hurt himself.

He chose to continue his studies in Ithaca, NY, where he used his talents to make powerful friends.

And by "powerful", I mean the coolest people in town.

And by the "coolest", I mean bunch of complete nerds..

Thus, the Ithaca Mafia was formed.

Through the school years, the ranks of the Mafia has remained strong, from Jedirish, Kluv, & Duck fighting off the dissidents (and Darth Rounders) in 'Intro to Acting' -- to drinking and volleyball sessions with the then 'Elders' of the clan (Spermy, Punk Rock, Ben No, Deeb, etc...). It was a wonderful four years where Kluv honed his (drinking) skills to improve from a "lightweight" to a "lightweight with a Mighty Paunch". (As of late, he has begun to bring the paunch under control -- and he is now in line for a promotion to be a drinking "middleweight".)

Since his leaving many moons ago, Kluv joined the rest of the Metropolitain Mafia as a resident of Astoria, living in Steinway Manor with many other Ithacans, and in silent rage over the abundance of fanatical Yankee fans. He has found a home for his eclectic 700+ CD collection (all catalogued on his computer), his life-size Nomar Garciaparra cut-out, Giant-sized 'A New Hope: Special Edition" poster (French), and his most treasured (old) Pilfers & Stand-Up t-shirts...

After spending the many years in relative solitude under house arrest by the lovely folks at Viacom, he and his 'Ed' bretheren broke out to daylight and and roamed the earth like Kane for a few months, sometimes putting together plans to actually do things on a Friday (or day I say, weekday?) evening. He spent it playing video games most of the time. It was glorious.

After that nomadic period, Kluv found himself gainfully employed yet again in the entertainment industries. He also found himself leaping of the Isle of 'Hattan to reside in The JC with the lovely lady Hydro. There, he lives like a king, complete with a pool, gym, washer/dryer, and a Chili's.

Kluv continues his lifelong dream of seeing either the Sox or the Bills win a championship. He is reported to be very confident that this year is indeed THE YEAR.

Kluv discovered the hard way that FIVE STITCHES without the use of health insurance costs the same amount of money as a brand-new LIVING ROOM SET (and we're talking one of them there fancy ones with a LOVE SEAT).
